Returns & Exchanges

At Pauw, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if your selection is not quite right, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and the completed return form are included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
